O projeto surgiu de forma orgânica e sem planejamento, uma coletânea de artes inacabadas criadas ao longo dos últimos anos. A primeira inspiração veio durante a pandemia da Covid-19, com a frase "Ciência não é opinião". A segunda peça, "Não era amor, era cilada", foi criada como conclusão do curso Oficina de Giz, ministrado por Cris Pagnoncelli. Por fim, mas não menos importante, a frase 'Discurso de ódio e fake news não são liberdade de expressão', a qual considero o marco de fechamento da primeira etapa da série. Para dar vida às artes, adotei a estética do "cartaz de supermercado", explorando as letras volumosas e as cores vibrantes típicas desse estilo gráfico. Cada arte foi rascunhada à mão, pintada e, posteriormente, digitalizada e vetorizada, garantindo a volumetria necessária para a técnica de paper cutting. O resultado é uma fusão de ideias e técnicas que transformam mensagens em artes visuais impactantes e divertidas.
The project emerged organically, without any prior planning, as a collection of unfinished artworks created over the past few years. The first inspiration came during the Covid-19 pandemic with the phrase "Science is not an opinion." The second piece, "It wasn't love, it was a trap," was created as the final project for the Oficina de Giz course, taught by Cris Pagnoncelli. Finally, the phrase "Hate speech and fake news are not freedom of expression" temporarily concluded the first phase of the series. Last but not least, the phrase "Hate speech and fake news are not freedom of expression", which I consider the closing milestone of the first stage of the serie. To bring the arts to life, I embraced the aesthetics of "supermarket posters," exploring bold lettering and vibrant colors typical of this graphic style. Each piece was sketched by hand, painted, and later scanned and vectorized, ensuring the necessary depth for the paper cutting technique. The result is a unique blend of ideas and techniques that transforms messages into impactful and playful visual art.
